COMBINATION OF [1]  THE SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY AND [2]    FAITH – WHAT IS IT AND HOW IMPORTANT IS IT?

He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.   Proverbs 13:20, [authorized King James Bible; AV]

We should seek out the company of the wise and just, and per Proverbs 22:17, [AV] “  Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge.”  This reality was clearly shown by several of the apostles as testified to at Acts 4:13, [AV] “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.”

So we today should per Hebrews 10:24, [AV] “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:”  This because as shown at Proverbs 29:27, [AV] “An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked.”   


[2]   FAITH – WHAT IS IT AND HOW IMPORTANT IS IT?

Let’s look at what the Holy bible says in the subject in two different translations that clearly testify to the same truth in different words:

NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN.
2  For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3  Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
4 ¶  By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
5  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

CONSIDER THE FAITH OF JESUS (YESHUA) AS TESTIFIED TO AT HEBREWS 12:1 – 3:
So, then, because we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also throw off every weight and the sin that easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 as we look intently at the Chief Agent and Perfecter of our faith, Jesus. For the joy that was set before him he endured a torture stake, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Indeed, consider closely the one who has endured such hostile speech from sinners against their own interests, so that you may not get tired and give up.  [New World Translation Revised; NWTR]

AND THE PROPHET ELIJAH SHOWED GREAT FAITH TO DELIVERING AND UNWANTED MESSAGE TO WICKED KING AHAB, AND BEING SURE THAT ALMIGHTY GOD (YHWH) WOULD TAKE CARE OF HIM PER HIS PROMISE AT 1 KINGS 17:1 – 6,
And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
2  And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
3  Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.
4  And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.

YES, FAITH IS THE ASSURED EXPECTATION OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENT DEMONSTRATION OF REALITIES THOUGH NOT BEHELD.  HOWEVER, IT IS NOT CREDULITY; TO WIT, THAT IS TO BELIEVE SOMETHING WITHOUT EVIDENCE OR JUST BECAUSE AN INDIVIDUAL WANTS IT TO BE SO AS DONE IN MANY FALSE RELIGIONS.  GENUINE FAITH REQUIRES BASIC OF FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE AND EVIDENCE.   AS ROMANS 10:10, (NWTR), 

For with the heart one exercises faith for righteousness, but with the mouth one makes public declaration for salvation.
Many individuals fail to have genuine faith do to an accurate knowledge of the Bible.  This is a result of failing do to either being taught by false religion or due to not studying the Bible, and/or both.

Romans 3:3 – 4, [AV] makes this clear as follows: “For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
4  God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”
This reality (fact) is made quite clear at Matthew 7:21 - 28, [AV] “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

Yes, this wicked worldly system is made up of 3 principle items per Revelation, they are:

FIRST, Revelation 17:5, [AV] “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”  And this great harlot is the world of false religion now numbering over 33,000.

SECOND, Revelation 13:1 – 2, [AV] “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.  2  And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.”  And here the great beast having seven heads and ten horns symbolizes worldly political entities not doing the well of Almighty God (YHWH).       

THIRD, Revelation 18:11, [AV] “And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:”  And here this symbolic of worldly commerce intent on reaping financial gain with no care for the common people.   


[2]       ISLAM HAS INSTITUTIONALIZED RACISM AND HATE IN THE QURAN; WHEREAS, THE BIBLE HAS INSTITUTIONALIZED LOVE OF GOD AND NEIGHBOR IN THE BIBLE.

THE BIBLE AT 1 JOHN 4:8, [AUTHORIZED KING JAMES BIBLE; AV]  CLEARLY STATES, “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE TRUE GOD’S CHIEF ATTRIBUTE IS LOVE, AND THAT LOVE OF NEIGHBOR IS REQUIRED OF ALL GENUINE BELIEVERS.  THIS IS STATED MANY TIMES IN THE BIBLE, AND HERE ARE A FEW OF THOSE PLACES IN THE [AV]:

Le 19:18  Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
Mt 5:43  Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
Mt 19:19  Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Mt 22:39  And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Mr 12:31  And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Lu 10:27  And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

FIRST, WITH RESPECT LANGUAGE, THERE IS NOTHING SACRED ABOUT LANGUAGES, THEY ARE BUT A MEANS OF COMMUNICATING BETWEEN HUMAN BEINGS, AND NOTHING MORE.  ILL INFORMED MUSLIM PROPAGANDIST TRY AND MAKE MUCH MORE OUT OF IT AND SAY NONSENSE THINGS SUCH AS:

SECOND, THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WITH OVER 50 (FIFTY) DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND THESE SHOULD BE TAUGHT AT HOME UNTIL THE COLLEGE YEARS AS THEY ALL COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE TAUGHT IN THE LOWER GRADES OF SCHOOLS AND ALL SHOULD BE COGNIZANT OF THIS FACT.   ALSO, AS A PRACTICAL MATTER, ALMOST ALL IMPORTANT WORKS, BOOKS, IN OTHER LANGUAGES HAVE BEEN TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH, WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST COMPLETE LANGUAGES IN EXISTENCE.   OTHER LANGUAGES SUCH AS URDU DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO EXPRESS MANY THINGS WHICH CAN BE EXPRESSED IN ONE WORD IN ENGLISH, AND NOT REQUIRE AN ENTIRE SENTENCE.    YES, IT IS GOOD TO BE MULTILINGUAL AS I AM, BUT OF PRIMARY IMPORTANCE IS BEING HIGHLY COMPETENT IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY YOU LIVE IN.

THIS SAME PROPAGANDIST WENT ON TO SAY THE FOLLOWING NONSENSE AND ERROR:

THIRD, IFTIKHAR AND OTHER MUSLIM APOLOGIST TRY TO MAKE IT LIKE OTHERS ARE GUILTY WITH RESPECT TO THEIR OWN WRONG DOINGS AND PRACTICES.   TAKE WHAT HE SAYS WITH REGARD TO INSTITUTIONAL RACISM:

INSTITUTIONAL RACISM LEADS TO INEQUALITY; SOCIOLOGISTS USE THE CONCEPT TO EXPLAIN WHY SOME PEOPLE FACE UNEQUAL TREATMENT OR OCCUPY UNEQUAL STATUSES. ONE HISTORIC EXAMPLE OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM IS THE BARRING OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDENTS FROM ATTENDING CERTAIN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, WHICH LIMITED THE STUDENTS' EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND HELPED PREVENT THEM FROM ACHIEVING A STATUS EQUAL TO THAT OF OTHERS. QUR’AN SURA 9:30—THE JEWS CALL UZAIR A SON OF GOD, AND THE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST THE SON OF GOD. THAT IS A SAYING FROM THEIR MOUTH; (IN THIS) THEY BUT IMITATE WHAT THE UNBELIEVERS OF OLD USED TO SAY. ALLAH’S CURSE BE ON THEM: HOW THEY ARE DELUDED AWAY FROM THE TRUTH!

NOW WHAT BETTER ILLUSTRATION CAN ONE FIND OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM; YET, TO THIS DAY, MUSLIMS STILL BELIEVE IN THIS INSTITUTIONAL RACISM AND REFUSE TO REMOVE IT FROM THEIR QURAN.   AND MANY MUSLIM GROUPS STILL REQUIRE THE ‘JIZYAH’ FROM BELIEVERS IN OTHER RELIGIONS.   FOR EXAMPLE, ISIS A MUSLIM GROUP, LEVELED IT ON RESIDENTS OF AREAS UNDER THEIR CONTROL AS DO SOME IN SOMALIA AND YEMEN.    IN ADDITION, ISLAM HAS FAILED TO RETURN ANY OF THE ‘JIZYAH’ PAID TO THEM IN THE PAST WHICH SHOWS THEY STILL BELIEVE IN INSTITUTIONAL RACISM AGAINST OTHERS.

FURTHER PROOF OF THIS IS IFTIKHAR AHMAD, A MUSLIM PROPAGANDIST IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (UK) HAS STATED MANY TIMES THAT THERE IS NO PLACE IN A MUSLIM SCHOOL FOR NON-MUSLIMS; WHEREAS, SCHOOLS RUN BY OTHER RELIGIONS, CATHOLIC, CHURCH OF ENGLAND, QUAKER, ETC. READILY ACCEPT CHILDREN OF OTHER RELIGIONS.   HE EVEN WENT MUCH FURTHER AND STATED A STANDARD STATE SCHOOL WITH OVER 50 PERCENT MUSLIM CHILDREN IN IT SHOULD BE DECLARED A MUSLIM ACADEMY IN HIS OPINION.   YET, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, HE ACTUALLY ACCUSED THE UK GOVERNMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM.

YES, THE QURAN HAS MANY MORE INSTITUTIONAL RACISM REQUIREMENTS, SUCH AS THE FOLLOWING:

Qur’an Sura 9:28—O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

Qur’an Sura 9:29—Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the Religion of Truth, from among the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Qur’an Sura 9:30—The Jews call Uzair a son of God, and the Christians call Christ the son of God. That is a saying from their mouth; (In this) they but imitate what the Unbelievers of old used to say. Allah’s curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!

Qur’an Sura 9:31—They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ, the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One God: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).

Qur’an Sura 9:32—Fain would they extinguish Allah’s Light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow but that His Light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).


Qur’an Sura 9:33—It is He Who hath sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, to prevail it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

Qur’an Sura 5:51—O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other.

Qur’an Sura 9:73—O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them.


Qur’an Sura 9:111—Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain.

Qur’an Sura 9:123—O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness.

Qur’an Sura 47:35—Be not weary and fainthearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost.

Qur’an Sura 48:29—Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves.

extremists for nearly two decades, plucking disaffected youngsters off
the streets of Britain and turning them to the jihadist cause.
In a startlingly frank admission, he has now admitted: "I inspired and
recruited, I raised funds and bought weapons, not just a one-off but
for 15 to 20 years. Why I have never been arrested I don't know."
Muntasir's work developing new recruiting techniques in the West was
so important he came to be known as the "Godfather" of the British
jihadi movement.

He is attributed with grooming "thousands" of disaffected young Muslim
men, and readily admits he "opened the door and the trickle turned to
a flood".

The repentant cleric, who has since turned his back on extremism and
violence, also said it is wrong to make excuses for those going to
fight in the Middle East.

In a tearful interview, he said: "If I've done those things which have
terribly upset people or hurt people I should be forgiven, I should
forgive others as well.

Speaking today, he said: "There is grooming, no doubt - I know how we
used to convince people by ignoring a lot of facts on the ground,
ignoring reality and alternative views amongst Muslims and Muslim
teaching.

"So the parents need to have more communication with their children,
they need to have more of an overseeing aspect of how to be a good
parent.

Reacting to the news that a 17-year-old is believed to have become
Britain's youngest ever suicide bomber, he added: "It's totally
despicable what he has done, it is an abhorrent crime, and we should
be very careful."

Teenager Talha Asmal, from West Yorkshire, is thought to have
detonated a vehicle packed with explosives while fighting for Islamic
State in Iraq.

His distraught parents say the radicals who sent him to his death
preyed on his "innocence and vulnerability".
British teenagers Kadiza Sultana, Shamima Begum and Amira Abase fled
their homes to join IS

Muntasir made the startling admissions in an upcoming episode of the
ITV documentary series Exposure titled Jihad: A British Story.
His comments came as a number of moderate Muslims warned that Islamic
State is becoming so good at grooming young Britons it is like a

The typical age for Britons joining jihad has fallen by ten years

"Mosques, imams, have been very clear and vocal on such issues - that
suicide bombing is not allowed in Islam. Suicide bombing is unlawful
in Islam because it results in one taking his own life, and also

"This is the new rock and roll - jihad is sexy. The kid who was not
very good-looking now looks good holding a gun.
"He can get a bride now, he's powerful. The Isis gun is as much a
penis extension as the stockbroker with his Ferrari."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir (on Qur’an 9:30)—Fighting the Jews and Christians is legislated because they are idolaters and disbelievers. Today many immoral things are practiced by a great number of people, but this widespread committing of wickedness does not make it any less wrong.  In fact, this condition, now existing, was foretold long ago in the Holy Bible at 2nd. Timothy 3:1-5 which reads as follows, "Do not forget this: there will be terrible times in the last days...Men will be lovers of self...They will be treacherous, reckless, pompous, lovers of pleasure rather than of God as they make a pretense of religion but negate its power..." (NAB).  Immorality in its many forms is unlike other sins in that it is a sin against one's own body as shown at I Corinthians 6:18-19, "...Every other sin a man commits is outside his body, but the fornicator sins against his own body...(NAB).  In fact, the truth that fornication is a sin against one's body can readily be seen from recent medical reports even without recourse to the Bible, God's written instructions for us.  Specifically, reports about many types of diseases transmitted by illicit sexual relationships of various forms such as adultery, fornication, and other forms of immorality are much in the news.  Who has not heard of AIDS, Herpes, Gonorrhea, etc. that plague homosexuals and other promiscuous individuals?  Thus, obviously all forms of illicit sexual relationships, homosexual or heterosexual, are indeed sins against one's own body.

All forms of illicit sexual relationships are clearly works of the flesh and the Apostle Paul said, "Now the work of the flesh are..adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness..." (Galatians 6:18-19 per KJV).  God does not view these unclean "works" of the flesh with pleasure no matter who may endorse them be he/she a high governmental official, a church leader, a community leader, or a common citizen.  These works remain condemned by God as shown by the Apostle Paul at I Corinthians 6:9-10, "Know ye...the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God...be not deceived: neither fornicators,...nor adulteress, nor effeminate,...shall inherit the Kingdom of God." (KJV).  In fact is plainly recorded that God will judge all adulteresses and fornicators at Hebrews 13:4 which reads, "...God himself will judge those who traffic in the bodies of others or defile the relationship of marriage." (TNTMB).  This fact that God will punish those who practice illicit sexual relationships is made very clear by his actions in the past as shown by his destruction of the inhabitants of ancient Sodom for the practice of immoral sex relations both heterosexual and homosexual.  Their sinful practices of adultery, fornication, and homosexuality were so salient that Moses wrote at Genesis 14:13 under God's inspiration, "...the inhabitants of Sodom were very wicked in the sins they committed against the Lord." (NAB).  Their evil practices of various forms of illicit sexual relationships  were so flagrant they even tried to have homosexual relationships with materialized angles of God as recorded at Genesis 19:1-7, "The two Angles reached Sodom in the evening...Before they went to bed, all the townsmen of Sodom,...closed in on the house.  They called to Lot and said to him, 'Where are the men who came to your house tonight?  Bring them out to us that we may have intimacies with them.'" (NAB).  Because of their wicked action with respect illicit sexual relationships of various types, i.e., homosexuality, adultery, and fornication, God destroyed the Sodomites as recorded at Genesis 19:24, "Then the Lord rained upon Sodom...brimstone and fire...out of heaven;" (KJV).

Sex relations of course in the right context are not wrong.  In fact, the Bible recommends that each person have his/her own marriage mate, "God went on to bless Noah and his sons and to say to them. 'Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth," Genesis 9:1 (NWT).  It also recommends that each adult having sexual desires should, "Because of the prevalence of fornication, let each man have his own wife and each women have her own husband.  Let the husband render to his wife her due; but let the wife also do likewise to her husband...that Satan may not keep tempting you for your lack of self-regulation," 1 Corinthians 7:2-5 (NWT).  What is wrong, sinful, etc. is illicit sexual relations of all types, not proper sexual relations between husband and wife.  Illicit sexual relations include sexual relations before marriage as clearly shown, as follows, "This is what God wills...that you abstain from fornication; that each one of you should know how to get possession of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in covetous sexual appetite such as also those have which do not know God; that no one go to the point of harming and encroach upon the rights of his brother in this matter, because Jehovah is one who exacts punishment for all these things, just as we told you beforehand and also gave you a thorough witness.  For God called us, not with allowance for uncleanness, but in connection with sanctification.  So, then, the man that shows disregard is disregarding, not man, but God, who puts his holy spirit in you," 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8 (NWT).  Note: the Greek word translated as "fornication" is por-nei'a, and refers to sexual intercourse between unmarried persons, and to married persons having sexual intercourse with other than their mate.  Since marriage is the official union of a man and a women to live together as husband and wife according to standards outlined in the Holy Bible; it is a divine institution.  The Apostle Paul in one of his writings stated, "Let marriage be honorable among all, and the marriage bed be without defilement, for God will judge fornicators and adulterers," Hebrews 13:4 (NWT).  Thus, getting legally married plays an important part in having a marriage that is accepted as being "honorable," and is part of being in subjection to the superior authorities in keeping with Titus 3:1 (NWT) which states, "Continue reminding them to be in subjection and obedient to governments and authorities as rulers."  The Apostle Peter states, "Maintain your conduct fine among the nations, that, in the thing in which they are speaking against you as evildoers, they may as a result of your fine works...glorify God in the day for his inspection," 1 Peter 2:12-15 (NWT).   

Therefore let no one deceive you--illicit sexual practices bring God's disfavor as shown by many passages in God's written work, the Holy Scriptures.  This point is made clear at Romans 1:24-25, "In consequence, God delivered them up in their lusts to unclean practices; they engaged in the mutual degradation of their bodies, these men who exchanged the truth of God for a lie....: (NAB).  Rightly, as stated in the Bible at Ecclesiastes 7:29, "...God made mankind upright, but they themselves have sought out many plans." (NWT).  These works or plans of the fallen flesh are clearly identified, and I Corinthians 6:13 states, "...God will do away with them in the end--but the body is not for immorality; it is for the lord...." (NAB).  In addition, I Corinthians 6:18 warns all wishing to win God's favor to, "Shun lewd conduct." (NAB), since this sin is within the body; whereas, "Every other sin a man commits is outside his body." (NAB).  Also, I Corinthians 7:2 warns us to avoid illicit sexual relations in the following words, "But to avoid immorality...." (NAB).  The Apostle Paul in his letter to the Colossians warned at Colossians 3:5, "Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence..." (KJV).

Since as can be plainly seen from the foregoing we should strive not to be a part of the wrong doing of this sinful generation noted at Mark 8:38, "...this faithless and corrupt age..." (NAB), where all sort of uncleanness exist as noted at Ephesians 4:19 as follows, "Having come to be past all moral sense, they gave themselves over to loose conduct to work uncleanness of every sort...." (NWT).  We should take heed to abstain from these things by noting what is God's will as expressed at I Thessalonians 4:3-5, "It is god's will that you grow in holiness: that you abstain from immorality, each of you guarding his members in sanctity and honor, not in passionate desire as do the Gentiles who know not God." (NAB).  Not only must we not commit adultery, fornication, homosexuality (sodomy), and other illicit forms of sexual relationships; we must not as recorded at Matthew 5:28, "...look at a women lustfully...." (TNTMB).  Specifically we must guard against committing any form of illicit sexual act as God wants us as shown at Hebrews 12:16, "that there may be no fornicator nor anyone not appreciating sacred things...." (NWT) among you; but wishes all to stop these wicked practices and repent as noted at Acts 26:20 as follows, "...they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance." (KJB)>

However, for those who refuse to repent and turn aside from wicked acts of illicit sexual relationships such as adultery, fornication, homosexuality (sodomy), beastality, etc., and as directed at Romans 6:6, "...our old self was crucified with him so that the sinful body might be destroyed and we might be slaves to sin no longer." (NAB).  For those who refuse to repent and stop these things a certain judgment awaits as God will give them up to destruction as shown by what he did to Sodom.  Also, as shown y his action at Sodom, he can deliver the righteous as recorded at 2 Peter 3:7, "He did deliver Lot...." (NAB).  Thus in closing it is imperative to recall to memory that he destroyed Sodom as an example to the ungodly per 2nd Peter 3:6, "And turning the cities of Sodom...into ashes condemned them...making them an example unto those that after should live ungodly." (KJV).  To emphasize this he caused to be recorded for our guidance a warning with respect to what will come to pass on those rejecting his teachings and practicing wrong acts such as sodomy at Matthew 10:15 which reads, "Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom...in the day of judgment, than for that city."  Be of good cheer win God's approval by rejecting wickedness.

[2]       FALSE RELIGION SPREADS FALSE DOCTRINE AND PRACTICE:

INTRODUCTION:

Many religions teach a belief in a false god or gods or that the soul or some invisible part of a human that survives the death of the physical body.  Some teach we should worship or venerate the instrument used to execute Jesus (Yeshua), the Isa, and much commerce is made by sales of replicas thereof, They use these and other false teachings, these false religions extract money from and exploit their members.  They also wink at the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, creator of all there is, practices such as immoral sex.  Some claim their false god(s) demand money or other valuables to protect them, answer their prayers, or to build grandiose edifices or buildings, etc.

But the Bible does NOT teach any of these, they are all false.  Let's start by examing two well known false god(s), the Triune god and the old middle eastern celestial Moon god, "Allah."

TWO FALSE GODS:

First it is important to realize there are many false gods of all types that are worshipped.   Some individuals even worship money.  To fully understand this statement we need to understand what worship means and to do so we need to look at its dictionary definition in a religious dictionary, and is, "homage rendered to God which it is sinful (idolatry) to render to any created being (Ex. 34:14; Isa. 2:8). Such worship was refused by Peter (Acts 10:25,26) and by an angel (Rev. 22:8,9).' [source - Easton's Bible Dictionary by M.G. Easton].  In fact, Jesus (Yeshua), the Son of the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, creator of all there is, showed even he should not be worshiped at Matthew 4:10-11, "Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.  11  Then the devil leaveth him; and behold, angels came and ministered unto him." (Authorized King James Bible; AV) .

Now why so many false gods?   A very good question that the Bible answers at 2 Corinthians 11:14-15, "And no marvel; for even Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light.  15  It is no great thing therefore if his ministers also fashion themselves as ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works." (Authorized King James Bible; AV) ; and 2 Corinthians 4:4, "in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn upon them." (Authorized King James Bible; AV).

Let's look at two examples, using the two largest religions, Catholic and Islam, as examples.

One, apostate (counterfeit) Christians claims to worship but in actuality does NOT; whereas, the other worships the old middle eastern celestial Moon god, "Allah."

Let's first look at so called Christianity who falsely claim to worship the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, but actually worships a hybrid three-in-one god known as the Trinity - no where mentioned in the Bible.  To try and 'prove' this none Biblical god, Trinitarians use questionable translations of John 1:1, but conveniently miss the point that this is "a singular anarthrous predicate noun preceding the verb," that is, not just that the noun theos lacks the Greek definite article.  Similar Greek construction such Mark 6:49,
Mark 11:32, John 4:19, John 6:70, John 8:44a, John 8:44b, John 9:17, John 10:1,
John 10:13, John 10:33, John 12:6 as usually have an inserted either an "a" or "an" there in most translations.

But we need not get so technical as a quick application of logic to the usual questionable translational construct for John 1:1 quickly shows that it can in no way support a trinity god.  Let's look at why.  John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.) (AV) - now to have a trinity of anything, one must have THREE like items and only two spirit creatures are mentioned, not three, hence no trinity.   In addition, someone can NOT be with someone and be that person also.

Now how did this false god get into so called Christianity?   Well it came about in 325 AD when a pagan Roman Emperor, Constantine, a wordhipper of the Unconquered Sun, wanted religious unity in his empire and called a church conference with the view of getting them to accept some pagan doctrines so he could bring about a fusion of so called Christianity with paganism.   This council went on a very long time and through coercion and political skull drudgery he finally got most of the attendees, bishops, to go along with what he wanted.   This amounted to most of the so called Christian church going apostate.[sources & references - Laing, Gordon Jennings. Let's next look at Islam who falsely claim to worship the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, but actually worship the old middle eastern celestial Moon god, "Allah."

Dr. Arthur Jeffery, one of the foremost Western Islamic scholars in modern times and professor of Islamic and Middle East Studies at Columbia University, notes:

The Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics, states, <<"The origin of this (Allah) goes back to pre-Muslim times. Allah is not a common name meaning "God" (or a "god"), and the Muslim must use another word or form if he wishes to indicate any other than his own peculiar deity">> [source - Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics, I:326, Hastings.].

The Encyclopedia of World Mythology and Legend, states, <<"The name Allah goes back before Muhammad">> [source - Encyclopedia of World Mythology and Legend, I:41, Anthony Mercatante, New York, The Facts on File, 1983.].

And, <<"The word "Allah" comes from the compound Arabic word, al-ilah. Al is the definite article "the" and ilah is an Arabic word for "god." It is not a foreign word. It is not even the Syriac word for God. It is pure Arabic.">> [Reference - There is an interesting discussion of the origins of Allah, in "Arabic Lexicographical Miscellanies" by J. Blau in the Journal of Semitic Studies, Vol. XVII, #2, 1972, pp. 173-190.]

And, Neither is Allah a Hebrew or Greek word for God as found in the Bible. Allah is a purely Arabic term used in reference to an Arabian deity.

Hastings' Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics I:326, T & T Clark, states:

<<"Pre-Islamic Arabia also had its stone deities. They were stone statues of shapeless volcanic or meteoric stones found in the deserts and believed to have been sent by astral deities. The most prominent deities were Hubal, the male god of the Ka'ba, and the three sister goddesses al-Lat, al-Manat, and al-Uzza; Muhammad's tribe, the Quraysh, thought these three goddesses to be the daughters of Allah. Hubal was the chief god of the Ka'ba among 360 other deities. He was a man-like statue whose body was made of red precious stone and whose arms were of solid gold.">> [source - (George W. <<"The old middle eastern Moon god who has gone by many names is still well venerated. This is shown by "The Archeology of The Middle East" which states, "The religion of Islam has as its focus of worship a deity by the name of "Allah." The Muslims claim that Allah in pre-Islamic times was the biblical God of the Patriarchs, prophets, and apostles. The issue is thus one of continuity. Was "Allah" the biblical God or a pagan god in Arabia during pre-Islamic times? The Muslim's claim of continuity is essential to their attempt to convert Jews and Christians for if "Allah" is part of the flow of divine revelation in Scripture, then it is the next step in biblical religion. Thus we should all become Muslims. But, on the other hand, if Allah was a pre-Islamic pagan deity, then its core claim is refuted. Religious claims often fall before the results of hard sciences such as archeology. We can endlessly speculate about the past or go and dig it up and see what the evidence reveals. This is the only way to find out the truth concerning the origins of Allah. As we shall see, the hard evidence demonstrates that the god Allah was a pagan deity. In fact, he was the Moon-god who was married to the sun goddess and the stars were his daughters.

Archaeologists have uncovered temples to the Moon-god throughout the Middle East. From the mountains of Turkey to the banks of the Nile, the most wide-spread religion of the ancient world was the worship of the Moon-god. In the first literate civilization, the Sumerians have left us thousands of clay tablets in which they described their religious beliefs. As demonstrated by Sjoberg and Hall, the ancient Sumerians worshipped a Moon-god who was called many different names. The most popular names were Nanna, Suen and Asimbabbar. His symbol was the crescent moon. Given the amount of artifacts concerning the worship of this Moon-god, it is clear that this was the dominant religion in Sumeria. The cult of the Moon-god was the most popular religion throughout ancient Mesopotamia. The Assyrians, Babylonians, and the Akkadians took the word Suen and transformed it into the word Sin as their favorite name for the Moon-god. As Prof. Potts pointed out, "Sin is a name essentially Sumerian in origin which had been borrowed by the Semites." WORSHIP/VENERATION OF OBJECTS-A FORM OF FALSE WORSHIP:

Catholics and other apostate (counterfeit) Christans worship/venerate objects such as the cross which Jesus (Yeshua) is believed by some to have died on, but which was more likely to have been a straight piece of tree as the Romans executed none Romans on such so they could simply drop them in a slit trench.  Of course such veneration is both Biblically wrong as shown at Isaiah 44:9-18, "They that fashion a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit: and their own witnesses see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed.  10  Who hath fashioned a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?  11  Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed; and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; they shall fear, they shall be ashamed together.  12  The smith maketh an axe, and worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with his strong arm: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth; he drinketh no water, and is faint.  13  The carpenter stretcheth out a line; he marketh it out with a pencil; he shapeth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compasses, and shapeth it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man, to dwell in the house.  14  He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the holm tree and the oak, and strengtheneth for himself one among the trees of the forest: he planteth a fir tree, and the rain doth nourish it.  15  Then shall it be for a man to burn; and he taketh thereof, and warmeth himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread: yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.  16  He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth himself, and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire:  17  And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it and worshippeth, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.  18  They know not, neither do they consider: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand." (Authorized King James Bible; AV) .   Of course this also applies to statue idols, pictures, icons, etc.

Of course, this same false practice is found in Islam.   How so?   Members of Islam prostrate themselves and make prayers five times a day toward the Kabba in the city of Mecca, a man made large masonry building which they consider the 'holiest' place in Islam.    They even go so far as to drape a large piece of cloth over it heavily inlayed with lots of gold.

And, the Bible goes on to show idolatry in any form is wrong at Acts 7:40- , "Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.  41  And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.  42 Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?  43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.'" (Authorized King James Bible; AV).

WORSHIP AND PRAYERS FOR THE DEAD:

False religion also misleads people with respect to death.  They teach such things such as one has a soul that goes somewhere at death and some even teach that a certain sum of money must be paid to get him/her out of a mythical place called Purgatory.  Yet the Bible clearly says at Ezekiel 18:4, "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die." (Authorized King James Bible; AV) .   This fact is further emphasized at Ecclesiastes 9:5 and 10, "For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten." (AV) and "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." (AV)  clearly emphasizing that we are a living soul, not that we have one.  If the reverse were true, there would of course be no need for a resurrection as shown at Hebrews 6:1-2, "Wherefore let us cease to speak of the first principles of Christ, and press on unto perfection; not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,   2  of the teaching of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." AV); and 1 Corinthians 15:12 and 20-21, "Now if Christ is preached that he hath been raised from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?" (AV) , and "But now hath Christ been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of them that are asleep.  21  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead." (But now hath Christ been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of them that are asleep.  21  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead." (AV) , and 2 Corinthians 4:13-14, "But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, I believed, and therefore did I speak; we also believe, and therefore also we speak;  14  knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also with Jesus, and shall present us with you." (AV); and Acts 17:13-14, " inasmuch as he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead." (AV).   This all is in harmony with what was prophesied at Isaiah 25:8, "He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it." (AV) .

And Muslims do not believe in the resurrection by the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, creator of all there is, of his Son, Jesus (Yeshua),  thereby denying the truth and showing they are not in harmony with John 8:32, "and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (Authorized King James Bible; AV) .

LUST FOR IMMORAL DEVIANT FORMS OF SEX:

Among both apostate (counterfeit) Christians and members of Islam some practice deviant forms of sex and both religious groups say this is wrong, but wink at its practice.   On 11/02/2006, one leading Evangelical leader was uncovered to be publicly denouncing homosexuality as condemned at Romans 1:27, "and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working unseemliness, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was due." (Authorized King James Bible; AV); here is the news account of this winking at wrong doing by The Rev. Of course this is no isolated case.  The cases are so numerous that the accounts would definitely fill a library rack many meters or yards long.   Some references on this dysfunction would be "The Church and the Homosexual Priest Facing the challenges and accepting the gifts offered by homosexual priests in the Catholic Church" by James Martin - in The National Catholic Weekly, The Changing Face of the Priesthood, Rev. Donald B. Cozzens, Prince Charles Praises Openly Gay Anglican Priest, by Terry Vanderheyden, published Oct 11, 2006, by LifeSite News:, etc.

And this wrong practice is not limited just to apostate (counterfeit) Christians but the winking at violation of Romans 1:27 carries over into Ialam where gay members of Islam actually operate a web site implicitly implying Muhammad (pbuh) may have been gay, called Gay Egypt>com which states, "sponsors 3,500 forums for 175 million GAY muslims & their admirers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, & Worldwide."

Interestingly Islam is winking at this and doing nothing about Gay Egypt.com, nor are members of Islam protesting what most would take as a serious attack on their prophet's moral character; yet they rioted over silly cartoons of Muhammad (pbuh).   Makes one wonder does it not?

Jesus (Yeshua) showed that members of one family could be divided with respect being obedient to Almighty God (YHWH) and him as shown by what was recorded with respect what he stated at Luke 12:52, [authorized King James Bible; AV]  “The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.”  And this reality was foretold at Micah 7:6 – 7, [AV] “For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.”

[2]       MUSLIMS DECEITFULLY ATTACK THE APOSTLE PAUL

INTRODUCTION:

Many Muslims deceitfully attack the Apostle Paul with misleading and untrue accusations.   They make such claims such as accusing him of being a self-proclaimer instead of proclaiming Jesus (Yeshua) Christ.   In doing so they overlook and/or are ignorant that Jesus (Yeshua) Christ was the one who personally selected the Apostle Paul as he saw much good in him even though at the time of his selection he was actually persecuting Christ genuine (true) footstep followers.   Now let's look at the Biblical account of his personal selection by the resurrected Jesus (Yeshua) Christ at Acts 9:1-22, "And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,  2  And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.  3  And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:  4  And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?  5  And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.  6  And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? Of course, immediately after is dramatic conversion by none other than Jesus (Yeshua), himself, many of the disciples and apostles still doubted his conversion as testified to at Acts 9:26-27, "And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.  27  But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus." (AV).   Therefore, there can be no doubt that he was personally selected by Jesus (Yeshua) to be a proclaimer of the good news or gospel with respect to Jesus (Yeshua) and the true God (YHWH) of Abraham, Isaac, and Ishmael, creator of all there is, Kingdom.

Now let's view some of the deceitful and misleading things some Muslims say about the Apostle Paul.

MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL THINGS SAID ABOUT THE APOSTLE PAUL BY SOME MUSLIMS:

Let's look at some of the misleading and deceitful things some Muslims are saying wrongly about the Apostle Paul in their own words.

COMMENT 1, which we shall examine.

First, Let's look at Galatians 1:6 in context and see how wrong this Sunni Muslim is, Galatians 1:1-9, "Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)  2  And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:  3  Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,  4  Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:  5  To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.  6 ¶  I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:  7  Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.  8  But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.  9  As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." (AV), clearly the Apostle Paul was speaking of false gospels at Galatians 1:6 that some were starting to listen to instead of the gospel of Christ, i.e., some were perverting the gospel of Christ per Galatians 1:7.

Now let's get a better understanding of the above Bible scriptures by looking at a dictionary definition of 'gospel' is several dictionaries:

[1] The American Heritage(r) Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 2000. Defines gospel as follows:

NOUN:
1. often Gospel The proclamation of the redemption preached by Jesus and the Apostles, which is the central content of Christian revelation. 2a. Gospel Bible One of the first four New Testament books, describing the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus and recording his teaching. b. A similar narrative. 3. often Gospel A lection from any of the first four New Testament books included as part of a religious service. 4. A teaching or doctrine of a religious teacher. 5. Music Gospel music. 6. Something, such as an idea or principle, accepted as unquestionably true: My parents' rules were gospel.

ADJECTIVE:
1. Of or in accordance with the Gospel; evangelical. 2. Of or relating to gospel music.

ETYMOLOGY:

[2]  Easton Bible Dictionary, a religious dictionary, gives two definitions for gospel.

Gospel - a word of Anglo-Saxon origin, and meaning "God's spell", i.e., word of God, or rather, according to others, "good spell", i.e., good news. It is the rendering of the Greek evangelion, i.e., "good message." It denotes (1) "the welcome intelligence of salvation to man as preached by our Lord and his followers. (2.) It was afterwards transitively applied to each of the four histories of our Lord's life, published by those who are therefore called 'Evangelists', writers of the history of the gospel (the evangelion). (3.) The term is often used to express collectively the gospel doctrines; and 'preaching the gospel' is often used to include not only the proclaiming of the good tidings, but the teaching men how to avail themselves of the offer of salvation, the declaring of all the truths, precepts, promises, and threatenings of Christianity." Gospels - The central fact of Christian preaching was the intelligence that the Saviour had come into the world (Matt. 4:23; Rom. 10:15); and the first Christian preachers who called their account of the person and mission of Christ by the term evangelion_ (= good message) were called _evangelistai (= evangelists) (Eph. 4:11; Acts 21:8).
There are four historical accounts of the person and work of Christ: "the first by Matthew, announcing the Redeemer as the promised King of the kingdom of God; the second by Mark, declaring him 'a prophet, mighty in deed and word'; the third by Luke, of whom it might be said that he represents Christ in the special character of the Saviour of sinners (Luke 7:36; 15:18); the fourth by John, who represents Christ as the Son of God, in whom deity and humanity become one. Origin. Did the evangelists copy from one another? The opinion is well founded that the Gospels were published by the apostles orally before they were committed to writing, and that each had an independent origin

[3] World English Bible Glossary, gives the following definition for gospel,

Gospel means "good news" or "glad tidings," specifically the Good News of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection for our salvation, healing, and provision; and the hope of eternal life that Jesus made available to us by God's grace.

So as we can see, 'gospel,' has the meaning of "good news" or "glad tidings;" therefore, the Apostle Paul was clearly simply warning all to only accept the 'good news' that originated with Jesus (Yeshua) Christ as shown by Galatians 1:7-9, and definitely NOT a proclaimer of gospel as the Sunni Muslim was deceitfully implying.   Let's consider the dictionary definition of 'proclaimer.'

PROCLA'IMER, n. One who publishes by authority; one that announces or makes publicly known.[source - Webster's 1828 Dictionary]

COMMENT 2, which we shall examine.

First, as we previously saw looking at Galatians 1:6 in context, Paul was warning all to only accept the genuine "good News" or gospel that emanated from Jesus (Yeshua) Christ, and NOT some other gospel that emanated from a source controlled by Satan the Devil per 2 Corinthians 4:4, "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." (AV).   Galatians 1:7-9, "Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.  8  But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.  9  As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." (AV) where he makes very clear that he is not proclaiming another gospel other than the gospel or 'good news' that emanated from Jesus (Yeshua) Christ, but CLEARLY warning others NOT to accept any other gospel except that which originated with Christ.   But as usual, there are deceitful individuals who will take a scripture, in this case Galatians 1:6 out of context and misleadingly try to make it seem that it is saying just the opposite from what its original writer/speaker intended.

That is why the Apostle Paul wrote the following about the Bereans, Acts 17:10-11, "And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.  11  These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." (AV).   Basically the Apostle Paul was congratulating the Bereans on their diligence in carefully searching the scriptures daily to see that what he told them was the truth in keeping with John 8:32, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (AV).

COMMENT 3, which we shall examine.

Just another deceitful and misleading item by this Sunni Muslim.   Notice, he calls Paul a self acclaimed deceiver and tries to call the Apocrypha books inspired canon which they are not.   Let's first consider what the Apocrypha is.

[1] Easton Bible Dictionary, a religious dictionary, gives the following definition for Apocrypha.

Apocrypha - hidden, spurious, the name given to certain ancient books which found a place in the LXX. and Latin Vulgate versions of the Old Testament, and were appended to all the great translations made from them in the sixteenth century, but which have no claim to be regarded as in any sense parts of the inspired Word.

(1.) They are not once quoted by the New Testament writers, who frequently quote from the LXX. Our Lord and his apostles confirmed by their authority the ordinary Jewish canon, which was the same in all respects as we now have it.

(2.) These books were written not in Hebrew but in Greek, and during the "period of silence," from the time of Malachi, after which oracles and direct revelations from God ceased till the Christian era.

(3.) The contents of the books themselves show that they were no part of Scripture. The Old Testament Apocrypha consists of fourteen books, the chief of which are the Books of the Maccabees (q.v.), the Books of Esdras, the Book of Wisdom, the Book of Baruch, the Book of Esther, Ecclesiasticus, Tobit, Judith, etc.

The primary meaning of apocrypha , "hidden, secret," seems, toward the close of the second century to have been associated with the signification "spurious," and ultimately to have settled down into the latter. [3] Irivng Hexham's Concise Dictionary of Religion, a religious dictionary, gives the following definition for Apocrypha.

As can be seen from all of these definitions, the Apocrypha are spurious writings NOT by the claimed writers, NOT in harmony with the inspired scriptures, etc.   

In fact with respect to the Septuagint, LXX, there were different versions, some contained some of the Apocrypha and others did not, but all contained all of the inspired books of the Bible.   One encyclopedia said this,

Of the Apocrypha books, the encyclopedia said several of these books were apparently composed in Greek; whereas, all of the inspired books of the Old Testament were composed in ancient Hebrew.   This being a feature that immediately identifies them as spurious.

Paul NEVER said any of the Apocrypha were inspired as this Sunni Muslim deceitfully says.    In fact, as we previously say in Galatians 1:1-9, the Apostle Paul warned against perverted gospels, i.e., spurious ones such as the books of the Apocrypha.    However, this Sunni Muslim deceiver is trying to twist the meaning of 2 Timothy 3:16, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" (AV).   He is trying to falsely imply that the Apocrypha is part of what the Apostle Paul was referring to which of course is very unreasonable and illogical to the extreme and especially so if 2 Timothy 3:16 is looked at in context, 2 timothy 3:12-17, "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  13  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.  14  But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  15  And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  16  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  17  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." (AV).   He, the Sunni Muslim, is one of those covered by 2 Timothy 3:13.

Now in other comments by this same Sunni Muslim he has inferred that Timothy had and learned from a copy of the LXX containing the Apocrypha as he only knew Koine Greek which is of course untrue.   His father was a Greek, but his mother was a Jew who spoke Hebrew.   His mother, not his father, was the one who taught him, and this fact was recognized by the Apostle Paul at 2 Timothy 1:1-5, "Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus,  2  To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.  3  I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;  4  Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy;  5  When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also." (AV).

Undoubtedly his mother Eunice would have regularly taken him to the Synagogue where he would have listened to Rabbis reading the sacred inspired scripture per the canon of Ezra or Jerusalem canon so the inspired scripture the Apostle Paul was referring to in 2 Timothy 3:16 would have been only the inspired scripture and NOT the spurious Apocrypha.

In addition, scripture in those days was NOT written/printed in books as it is today, but was hand written on scrolls which made copies very expensive.   Therefore, it is highly unlikely that young Timothy had a personal copy of of the scriptures, let alone a copy of the LXX containing spurious Apocrypha.

Timothy undoubtedly knew exactly which writings the Apostle Paul was speaking of .   For example, I often use the Catholic New American Bible (NAB) which contains some Apocrypha books, but I well know which books are the Holy Scriptures as did Timothy, and which are spurious Apocrypha.   In other words, this Sunni Muslim is implying that Timothy was both stupid and gullible, a fact NOT in anyway supported by scripture as quite the contrary is supported by scripture.

CONCLUSION;

Members of Islam get irrationally insane over silly cartoons, a speech in a university where the Pope quoted from something a Byzantine Emperor said which they mistook as the Pope trying to insult them - which he was not trying to do, and other minor and silly nonsense.   However, they feel it is okay to tell untruths and deceitful things about the Apostle Paul - what a double standard they have as shown in this article.
