SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Saturday]
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Galatians 5:19 [authorized King James Bible; AV]
This scripture clearly shows, many life styles are NOT approved by Almighty God (YHWH), and this REALITY is further highlighted at 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” (AV)
And this is made even more clear at Romans 1:19-29, “Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,”
And for men to want other men for forbidden sexual pleasures has always been wrong as shown By Leviticus 18:22-24, “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:”
And by Jude 7-8, “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. (none existence) Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.”
And by Leviticus 20:13, “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” (this shows a principle as we are no longer under the ancient Old Law Covenant made with the ancient nation of Israel.)
Now this in no way gives anyone the right to judge or harass others as shown by Leviticus 19:17-18, “Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.”

What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, (1 Corinthians 6:9)
Leviticus 19:18 says, ““‘You must not take vengeance nor have a grudge against the sons of your people; and you must love your fellow as yourself. I am Jehovah.” This clearly shows that we should love the wrong doer and Jesus (Yeshua) Said at Matthew 22:37-40, “He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 The second, like it, is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.” This clearly shows that we should hate the wrong, but NOT the wrong doer. Persecution of others on the basis of their wrong doing is totally unacceptable and not in keeping with the Inspired Word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible. All should seek to turn the wrong doer from his sinful ways and into righteous ways.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Monday]
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23
What is Sin? It is anything contrary to Jehovah’s personality, ways, standards, and will. Sin mars a person’s relationship with Almighty God (YHWH) . Sin causes us to miss the mark, even as an archer can shoot an arrow but miss his target. We can sin intentionally or by mistake per Numbers 15:27-31, ) “‘And if any soul should sin by mistake, then he must present a female goat in its first year for a sin offering. 28 And the priest must make atonement for the soul who made a mistake by a sin unintentionally before Jehovah, so as to make atonement for it, and it must be forgiven him. 29 As to the native among the sons of Israel and the alien resident who is residing as an alien in their midst, there should prove to be one law for YOU as respects doing something unintentionally. 30 “‘But the soul that does something deliberately, whether he is a native or an alien resident, he speaking abusively of Jehovah, in that case that soul must be cut off from among his people. 31 Because it is Jehovah’s word that he has despised and his commandment that he has broken, that soul should be cut off without fail. His own error is upon him.’” This was part of the Old Law Covenant, that is no longer in effect, yet it expresses a principle with respect intentionally and unintentional sins. Sin is deeply ingrained in humans and creates a barrier between them and their Creator (see Psalms 51:3, Isaiah 59:2 and Colossians 1:21). Thus mankind in general is completely out of harmony with Almighty God (YHWH) and misses the priceless opportunity to reflect Almighty God’s (YHWH) glory. Unquestionably, sin is the worst disability afflicting mankind.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Tuesday]
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 (Authorized King James Bible; AV)
If we are to reflect Almighty God’s (YHWH) glory, we must ‘become imitators of God.’ Per “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;” Ephesians 5:1, One way to imitate Almighty God (YHWH) is to adopt his viewpoint regarding matters. Striving to live in any other way is dishonoring to him and damaging to us. Since the world that surrounds us is under the influence of the wicked one, Satan the Devil, we must work hard to have a hatred for what Jehovah hates and a deep love for what he loves (see Psalms 97:10, 1 John 5:19). We need heartfelt conviction that the only proper way to serve Almighty God (YHWH) is by doing all things for his glory.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Wednesday]
And God went on to say: “Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness, and let them have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and the domestic animals and all the earth and every moving animal that is moving upon the earth.” 27 And God proceeded to create the man in his image, in God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:26-27.
Before Adam and Eve were created, Almighty God (YHWH) was confident that humans would be able to carry out his will for them, reflect his qualities, and bring him glory. In practicing godly devotion, we should display the qualities of the One who made us. If we do so, we have the blessed privilege of reflecting Almighty God’s (YHWH) glory regardless of our culture, out education, or our ethnic background. Why? Because ‘God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him:’ Acts 10:34-35.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Thursday]
He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young. Isaiah 40:11 [American Standard Version; ASV]
Almighty God (YHWH) is here compared to a shepherd who picks up lambe with ‘his arm.’ This denotes His ability to protect and support his people, even the more vulnerable ones. We can feel safe in his strong arms, for if we are loyal to him, he will never forsake us. (Romans 8:38-39). The Great Shepherd carries the lambs ‘in his bosom’ – an expression referring to the loose folds of the upper garment, in which a shepherd would at times carry a newborn lamb. We therefore are thus assured Almighty God (YHWH) cherishes and tenderly cares for us. It is only natural to want to be close to him.

But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. (Matthew 24:13)
With those words, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ made it clear that for us to be preserved alive when Almighty God (YHWH) executes judgment on Satan’s world, we must maintain our integrity to the end. However this does not mean that Almighty God (YHWH) expects us to endure in our own wisdom or strength. The Inspired Word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible, assures us at 1 Corinthians 10:13, “No temptation has taken YOU except what is common to men. But God is faithful, and he will not let YOU be tempted beyond what YOU can bear, but along with the temptation he will also make the way out in order for YOU to be able to endure it.”
For Almighty God (YHWH) to make sure that we are not tempted beyond what we can bear, he has to know everything about us, including the challenges we face, out individual makeup, and just how much we can take. Does Almighty God (YHWH) really know us that well? Yes, the Scriptures reveal that Almighty God (YHWH) knows each of us intimately. He is familiar with our daily routine and habits. He can even discern our thoughts and the intentions of our heart per Psalms 139:1-6, “O Jehovah, you have searched through me, and you know [me]. 2 You yourself have come to know my sitting down and my rising up. You have considered my thought from far off. 3 My journeying and my lying outstretched you have measured off, And you have become familiar even with all my ways. 4 For there is not a word on my tongue, But, look! O Jehovah, you already know it all. 5 Behind and before, you have besieged me; And you place your hand upon me. 6 [Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me. It is so high up that I cannot attain to it

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Sunday]
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. (Isaiah 65:17) [American Standard Version; ASV]
Now, what are ‘the former things’ that will not ‘come into mind’? The context shows that they are the injustice, sickness, suffering, and many other woes that plague humankind. How will those woes cease? The secret lies in the foretold ‘new heavens’ and ‘new earth.’ Found at Revelation 21:3-4, “And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God: 4 and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away.” [ASV].

Justice will not be hampered by human limitations since Almighty God (YHWH) sees everything and will require an accounting. Concerning his Son, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ, we read, “To refresh him in the fear of Jehovah, And by the sight of his eyes he judgeth not, Nor by the hearing of his ears decideth. 4 And he hath judged in righteousness the poor, And decided in uprightness for the humble of earth, And hath smitten earth with the rod of his mouth, And with the breath of his lips he putteth the wicked to death.” (Isaiah 11:3-4) (YLT).
