SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Sunday]
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Show us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works. John 14:9 – 10 [American Standard Version; ASV]
As we reflect on the power of Jesus, let us keep in mind that this Son perfectly imitates his Father. Jesus’ (Yeshua’s) use of power thus gives us a clear picture of how Jehovah uses power. For example, think about the tender way that Jesus healed a certain leper. Moved with pity, Jesus touched the man and said: “I want to.” (Mark 1:40-42) By means of accounts such as this, Jehovah is, in effect, saying, ‘That is how I use my power!’ Are you not moved to praise our almighty God and give thanks that he uses his power in such a loving way?

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Monday]
For whom Jehovah loveth he reproveth; Even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. Proverbs 3:12 [American Standard Version; ASV]
Yes, Almighty God (YHWH) is per Exodus 34:6, “And Jehovah passed by before him, and proclaimed, Jehovah, Jehovah, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth;” [ASV] For this reason, Jehovah is never abusive or cruel. Neither does he resort to harsh words, constant criticism, or hurtful sarcasm, all of which can injure (Proverbs 12:18).
Therefore, Use Bible-Based discipline when necessary with a child…
* Loving: Effective discipline is founded on love, not anger. When faced with a particularly difficult situation, postpone discipline until you are calm.
* Reasonable: Endeavor to take into account all the circumstances, including the child’s limitations and abilities.
* Consistent: If you have warned your child that a certain form of discipline will result if he misbehaves, be sure to follow through.
If you imitate Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) loving, reasonable, and consistent discipline, you can be certain that your efforts will benefit your children. Your loving direction may help your children to develop into mature, responsible, and balanced adults. As the Bible says at Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it.” [ASV].

FALSE RELIGION TAKES MANY FORMS, BUT FALSE DOCTRINE IS THEIR HALLMARK:
ISLAM IS FALSE RELIGION FROM “GIT GO”, BUT SO IS COUNTERFEIT CHRISTIANITY WITH ITS FALSE DOCTRINES OF THE TRINITY, ADORATION OF THE CROSS, APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION , ETC. NOW IS THE TIME TO GET OUT OF ALL FALSE RELIGIONS, AND BECOME GENUINE FOLLOWERS OF JESUS (YESHUA) CHRIST.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Tuesday]
Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has everlasting life remaining in him. 1 John 3:15 [New World Translation Revised: NWTr]
Having respect for life includes having the right view of fellow humans. If we want everlasting life, we need to root out of our heart any hatred for our fellowman, because hatred is the root cause of most violence, as shown thistly, “For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another; 12 not like Cain, who originated with the wicked one and slaughtered his brother. And for what reason did he slaughter him? Because his own works were wicked, but those of his brother were righteous.” Per 1 John 3:11, 12 [NWTr] Therefore, It is vital that we learn to love one another. [ASV].

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Wednesday]
I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh; for just as you presented your members as slaves to uncleanness and lawlessness leading to lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness. Romans 6:19 [New World Translation Revised: NWTr]
What about showing respect for our own life? People normally do not want to die, but some risk death for the sake of pleasure. For example, many use tobacco, chew betel nut, or take drugs for recreational purposes. Such substances harm the body and often kill the users. A person who makes it a practice to use these substances does not view life as sacred. These practices are unclean in God’s eyes. (Romans 12:1; 2 Corinthians 7:1) To serve God acceptably, we have to give up such practices. Although doing so might be very hard, Jehovah can give us the needed help. And he appreciates the effort we make to treat our life as a precious gift from him.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Thursday]
Jehovah examines the righteous one as well as the wicked one; He hates anyone who loves violence. Psalms 11:5 [New World Translation Revised: NWTr]
If we have respect for life, we will keep in mind the need to be safety conscious. We will not be careless and will not take risks just for pleasure or excitement. We will avoid reckless driving and violent or dangerous sports. God’s law for ancient Israel stated: “In case you build a new house [with a flat roof], you must also make a parapet [or, low wall] for your roof, that you may not place bloodguilt upon your house because someone falling might fall from it.” (Deuteronomy 22:8) In harmony with the principle set out in that law, keep such things as stairs in good condition in your home so that someone does not trip, fall, and get badly hurt. If you own a car, make sure that it is safe to drive. Do not let either your home or your car be a danger to you or to others.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Friday]
A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast; But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. Proverbs 12:10 [American Standard Version; ASV]
What about the life of an animal? That too is sacred to the Creator. God permits the killing of animals to obtain food and clothing or to protect people from danger. (Genesis 3:21; 9:3; Exodus 21:28) However, being cruel to animals or killing them just for sport is wrong and shows utter disregard for the sacredness of life.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Monday]
And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. Acts 24:15 [authorized King James Bible; AV]
Who will be included in the group that Paul referred to as “the righteous”? Consider an example. The faithful man Daniel was told toward the end of his life: “But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.” (Daniel 12:13, [AV]) Where will Daniel awake from the sleep of death? “The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.” (Psalm 37:29, [AV]) And Jesus (Yeshua) foretold: “Happy are the mild-tempered, since they will inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5,,[AV]) Daniel and other faithful men and women will be raised to live on the earth once again, even eternally.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Tuesday]
No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and became human. Philippians 2:7 [New World Translation Revised: NWTr]
As a human, Jesus (Yeshua) reflected the invisible God. Jesus not only talked about his Father, but also showed us what Almighty God (YHWH) is like. Jesus’ (Yeshua’s) disciple Philip asked, “Philip said to him: “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” 9 Jesus said to him: “Even after I have been with you men for such a long time, Philip, have you not come to know me? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father also. How is it you say, ‘Show us the Father’?” John 14:8 – 9 [NWTr]. Now what can you ‘see’ about the Father through Jesus” (Yeshua’s) actions?
Jesus (Yeshua) was warm, humble, and approachable (Matthew 11:28 – 30). His refreshing personality drew people to him. Jesus (Yeshua) felt the pain others felt, and he shared their joys (Luke 10:17 & 21).

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY – [Wednesday]
But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Luke 6:35 [authorized King James Bible; AV]
Jesus (Yeshua) imitated God’s kindness. What helped Jesus (Yeshua) to do so? He treated people in a kind manner by anticipating how his words and actions might affect another individual’s feelings. One example of his feelings for others was recorded at Luke 7:36 – 48, [AV] as follows, “And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee’s house, and sat down to meat. 37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster box of ointment, 38 And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment. 39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner. 40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on. 41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. 42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most? 43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged. 44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head. 45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet. 46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment. 47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. 48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.” Here Jesus (Yeshua) discerned that she was repentant, and he knew how heartbroken she would be if he dismissed her unkindly. Instead, he commended and forgave her. When a Pharisee disapproved of what had happened, Jesus (Yeshua) spoke to him kindly too..
